The coin rolls are put into the separating plate which feeds them into the unwrapping process one by one. Damaged coin rolls have to be unwrapped manually.
The machine automatically unwraps coin rolls at a speed of 30 to 35 rolls per minute. It is able to unwrap coins that are wrapped by a machine, manually or put into coin tubes. During the process of unwrapping, coins are separated from the wrapping paper. Then they are fed into an integrated coin counting machine which counts them and fills them into a bag or a container.
The wrapping paper is discarded at a separate outlet and collected in a container. During the process of outsorting there is a sensor checking if there are any coins left inside the paper or not.
The machine has to be operated by one operator who can either sit or stand to operate the machine.
